I was once again commissioned by Stratton House Hotel in Cirencester to photograph one of their fabulous food offerings.
This time is was for their new for 2026 launch of their Pizza & Prosecco evenings under the pergola in their walled garden.
From learning to make you own pizzas (more on that to follow) to choosing your favourite and having it made for you by their Head Chef, its a wonderful way to spend an evening with friends and family.
This shoot was for the marketing materials to promote these events on the website and also throughout social media and printed materials at the hotel.
A: “Book Nikki and take her advice about scheduling onboard. She is incredibly experienced at this and we always follow the schedule she creates. We are always on time as a result even when there are some unknowns and moveable parts. Nikki works collaboratively with our team every time and ensures that we are always included in decisions and creative choices. And this is why she is our go to photographer.”
A: “We have worked with Nikki many times before for both our food and our interiors imagery and we knew that she would deliver yet again.
We have launched a new offering here at Stratton House Hotel this summer; our ‘Pizza & Prosecco’ evenings which are already proving a huge success as local guests of the hotel come and spend their evenings with us.
As part of our marketing planning we need to be able to promote these evenings from early July onwards to make the most of the incredible summer we are having.”
A “On the last Friday of every month throughout the summer we host a relaxed evening of stone-baked pizza, prosecco and great company under the pergola in the grounds of our walled garden.
For just £25 per person you can enjoy a freshly cooked 10-inch pizza from our outdoor pizza oven, served with half a bottle of prosecco per person.
Our next Pizza and Prosecco evening is Friday 28th August.

A: “Yes. And it always does with Nikki. She plans everything out in advance and creates a schedule so that nothing is missed and that everything runs to time and is therefore on budget.”
A: “We love watching Nikki create images for us. Although we did stand back as she was photographing the pizza oven! Our favourite part was seeing Nikki and our Head Chef working together to create the images as each pizza was made to order. They make a great team of chef creativity and photography creativity. And as is becoming the norm with these shoots we got to enjoy the food too!”
