Another weekend in lockdown…

So we finally built something here at chez C&M that we’ve been wanting to for a long time.
😊.
A bug hotel! I reckon this one is five stars!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
Using a large pallet, pieces of wood from a recently primed tree, sticks, straw and leaves.
🕷.
We’re rather pleased with it!
🐝.
The lovely young tree you can see to the left is from the fabulous Mount Pleasant Trees – it’s the start of another of our projects – a hornbeam pleach hedge!
